Connect, heal, replenish your body, mind and soul with yoga and holistic nutrition all packed with beach time, beautiful ceremoies, free diving and so many beautiful sunsets!
In one of the most beautiful islands of Thailand, Koh Tao. In this retreat we will move through Ashtanga and at sunrise with specific training for free diving (but not only) with meditation, pranayama and some slower flow at sunset. You will move through one of the 4 elements, water, you will get inspired and learn from it.

Very cute shared space with 8 beds. Even tho it is shared you will have your privacy as every bed have his own separate blind to create you own little space. This dorm it is very cute, it is located at 3rd floor of the retreat center, with a stunning view of the ocean and sunset, one of the best in Tao! It has a balcony where you can chill and enjoy the golden hours. Price all inclusive per person.
